CREATING AN ONLINE STUDENT ACCOUNT
Online students participating in CAHS via voluntary education have accounts to access to the student information system, EMPOWER. These accounts are referred to as Student Single Sign On (SSO) accounts.
To create an account email the following documents to CAHSfirstname.lastname@example.org:
- DD Form 2875, System Authorization Access Request (SAAR)
- DoD Cyber Awareness Certificate of Training, completed within the last 12 months. If Certificate of Training is more than 12 months old, please complete the required training.
- CAHS FERPA Release Authorization Form
CHANGE IN PERSONAL INFORMATION
Address change? Name change? All CAHS students (past and present) who have had personal information change should email a Personal Information Update Form to the CAHS Register. Please allow 5-7 days for updates to reflect in academic records.
